Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- check and verify source documents such as invoices and receipts
- manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- maintain & balance general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
- calculate and prepare tax payments
- assist with audits by preparing necessary schedules
- maintain complete filing system to support financial records
Education and Experience
- knowledge of bookkeeping practices
- 5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
