Full Charge Bookkeeper

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

  • check and verify source documents such as invoices and receipts
  • manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • maintain & balance general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
  • calculate and prepare tax payments
  • assist with audits by preparing necessary schedules
  • maintain complete filing system to support financial records

Education and Experience

  • knowledge of bookkeeping practices
  • 5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
